    Isn't this wonderful!! Little Miss Penelope Randall is so adorable and deserves to be where she can be admired. I'll have to see if I can find a copy of the magazine. Enjoy your day.

      Thanks, Maddy! I was so happily surprised to see her there. Teddy Bear Times is published in the UK so I'm not sure how available it is in the USA. I have an online subscription myself.
