Although it has
been a while since I’ve posted, let me tell you, to me it feels like a lifetime
ago.
Mr. Cobblestone
and I have been in Maine for just over a week and it has been a whirlwind! While he has been absorbing the technologies
of his new job, I have been dealing with everything that goes along with moving
and selling/buying houses. Needless to
say, sleep still proves to be rather elusive for us both.
But, as
promised, today I have the photos from
our WI house listing to share with you.
As I look at them this morning, I have to admit to a slight tugging at
my heart. But that could be due to currently
living out of a hotel room.

I’m happy to
report that just after a week on the market we have received an offer on the
house this morning! And yesterday we
placed an offer ourselves on a home in Maine.
Things can certainly become even more frenzied very soon, so I am trying
to take the advice we saw on a road sign when we got here last week.
Breathe easy, you're in Maine.
Love the photos of your Wisconsin home and can't wait to see photos of your new home in Maine. I really do wish you the best with this move and getting settled into a new house and town. Hugs
ReplyDeleteThanks, Maddy! I can hardly believe how quickly things are going. Must be meant to be!! ;)
DeleteWhat a sweet house it is, Laura! And I LOVE your garden shed and swing in the back yard! I hope you get into your Maine house SOON so you can settle in and start making it a home.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your kind words and good wishes, Maggie! Looking forward to sharing pics of our new house too. :)
DeleteLaura, congratulations. I'm so happy for you and your husband. I can't wait to see the new home. When it rains it pours! The twists and turns our lives take can be exciting. I hope the very best for you both. Live joyously.
ReplyDeletelots of hugs,
Thanks, Lisa! It has been quite a ride. We should be signing the acceptance of the offer on our WI home later today. Very happy about that. And will most likely have pics of our new home to share soon. My head is joyously spinning!!!!
